LA CASA DE LA CALDERA

Casa de la Caldera is a beautifully restored traditional Canarian Finca believed to be over 250 years old. It is situated in the Femes valley, on the edge of the village of Las Casitas and is surrounded by open countryside with the dramatic backdrop of volcanic hills. The property offers accommodation ‘with a difference’ combining Canarian architecture with modern facilities and a 10 metre swimming pool to ensure a comfortable and relaxing holiday.

Whilst La Casa de la Caldera offers peace to those that wish to relax, swim, read, or paint, it is very well located for those that wish to be more active and walk, cycle or ride into the surrounding hills. Good restaurants and bars are within easy reach in the neighbouring villages of Femes, Uga and Yaiza and the marinas at Puerto Calero and Rubicon. The larger resorts of Playa Blanca and Puerto del Carmen and Timanfaya National Park are close by and some of the best beaches on the island are within 10 minutes drive.

THE APARTMENTS

La Casa de la Caldera is divided into 3 fully self contained apartments that are let individually or in combinations to accommodate family parties of up to 12. Two apartments have 2 double bedrooms and the third apartment only one. All have spacious lounges, well equipped kitchens and bathrooms. A fourth apartment is situated on the far side of the pool from the main house and offers very private and secluded accommodation for 2.
